Use of the Platform

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 10 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts with DocuLex.ai.

2)  Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3)  Permitted Use

  • The platform is designed for document management and legal data processing.
  • Misuse of the platform, including attempting to reverse-engineer its AI capabilities, is prohibited. Intellectual Property.

Intellectual Property

All Platform content—including software, design, algorithms, AI outputs, trademarks, and documentation—is owned by DocuLex.ai or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for your internal business purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.

User-Generated Data

By uploading files, case materials, or text to the Platform, you confirm you have the legal right to do so.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content; however, you grant DocuLex.ai a limited license to process, analyze, and store the data solely for providing platform functionality.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated drafts, summaries, and insights are provided for informational and productivity purposes only.
You understand and agree that:

  • AI outputs may contain errors

  • Users must review and verify all generated content before use in legal matters

  • DocuLex.ai is not liable for inaccuracies or damages arising from AI output usage

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect sensitive legal data, including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and secure cloud storage.

However, no system is completely immune to breaches, and you agree to use the Platform at your own risk.
